Vision

Through the development and use of an accepted and approved five (5) year plan that umbrellas all town departments and services, the Town of Swan River will maintain and enhance existing services, provide a safe, attractive, progressive, friendly and vibrant community to meet the needs of residents today and tomorrow.

The Town of Swan River is governed by a municipal Council of elected officials. With over 50 employees, it is one of the largest public sector employers in the Swan Valley region.

The friendly staff at the Town Office, located at 135 - 5th Avenue North, is your source of information regarding community operations, licensing requirements, by-laws, and other municipal matters. The Town also maintains the Industrial Park and provides contact information for various resources within the community.
