Pool Schedule

Please consider pre-registering with payment if you are considering attending a program at the facility. In order to preregister we will need to create a Customer Profile for you. If you do not have one with our facility, kindly fill out the  CUSTOMER PROFILE FORM and email to lgraham@townsr.ca or csr@townsr.ca

Pool Operational Hours:

  • Monday 6:00am - 9:00am
  • Tuesday 4:00pm - 8:00pm 
  • Wednesday 6:00am - 9:00am, 4:00pm - 9:00pm 
  • Thursday 4:00pm - 8:00pm  
  • Friday 6:00am - 1:30pm  
  • Saturday 11:00am - 3:30pm

Please Note: 

  • Pool capacity is determined by the number of scheduled lifeguards on duty.
  • Walk-in swimmers are welcome and will be permitted as long as lifeguard capacity permits. 
  • Pool rentals and programs are available outside of pool hours, please contact us for information.
  • Adults must be in the pool and within arm's reach with any child age 7 and under
  • Ratio: 1 adult (age 16 and up) to 3 kids age 7 and under.

Weekday Daytime Inquiries (All Facilities)

The Centennial Arena Customer Service Desk is the main point of contact during weekday daytime hours for all recreation and aquatic inquiries, including:

  • Aquatic Centre programs and schedules

  • Pool information and general questions

  • Arena and Aquatic Centre bookings

Aquatic Centre Inquiries (During Programming Hours Only)

Aquatic Centre – Customer Service Front Desk (CSR)

During scheduled Aquatic Centre programming hours, the front desk is available to assist with on-site, aquatic-specific questions, such as:

  • Current swim sessions

  • Drop-in swim availability

  • Immediate pool-related inquiries
