👶 Child Supervision

• Parents with children under 7 years must remain within arm’s reach at all times.

• Ratio: 1 adult (16+) : 3 children (7 and under)

👕 Swim Attire

• Appropriate swimwear required: bathing suits, shorts, clean cotton shirts, swimming shoes.

• Not allowed: socks, underwear, denim, full-length pants, leggings, or outdoor shoes.

• Swim diapers required for non-potty-trained children (available for purchase at front desk).

📸 Photography

• No photos or videos in change rooms.

• Permission required from a deck supervisor or manager to take pictures in pool areas.

🚫 Health & Safety

• No entry for persons with communicable diseases or open sores.

• No glass containers on the deck.

• No hazardous play in or around the pool.

• No use under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or other substances.

• Full-body shower required before entering pool, whirlpool, or sauna, and after sauna use.

• Running on the pool deck prohibited.

• No food or drink on pool deck or in the pool.

• Spitting, spouting water, blowing nose, or discharging bodily waste in pool is prohibited.

💸 Refund Policies

Swimming Programs

• No refunds. Missed lessons cannot be made up.

• If sick with a doctor’s note, session credit may be applied to the next available lesson.

Private Lessons

• 24-hour notice required to reschedule; no refunds.

• Sick with doctor’s note: credit may be applied to future lessons.

Rentals

• Cancel 7+ days in advance: full refund/credit.

• Cancel ≤6 days: 50% refund/credit.

• Rentals cannot be booked more than 6 months in advance.

• Rentals include: Multi-Purpose Room, Leisure Pool, Lap Pool, Super Splash Party, Private Rental, or additional Lifeguard.

Memberships

• Non-refundable and non-transferable.
