Rules

Pool Rules:
- Parents with children under the age of 7 are required to be within arm’s reach of their children at all times when using the facility.
- Ratio: 1 adult (age 16 and up) to 3 kids age 7 and under.
- All patrons are required to wear appropriate swim attire - bathing suits and shorts, clean cotton shirts and shorts, swimming shoes. Socks, underwear, denim, full length pants and leggings, and outdoor shoes are not acceptable.
- Swim diapers are required for all children that are not potty trained. There are swim diapers available at the front desk for purchase.
- Taking photographs and videos are not permitted in change rooms under any circumstance. Ask a deck supervisor or manager for permission before taking pictures in the pool area.
- No person infected with a communicable disease or having open sores on his or her body shall enter the water.
- No person shall bring a glass container onto the deck area of the pool or facility.
- No person shall engage in play that is hazardous to other persons in and around the pool or facility.
- No one under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or other abused substances is permitted to use the facility.
- All persons are required to have a full body-cleansing shower before entering the pool, whirlpool, or sauna. All persons leaving the sauna area are required to have a full body-cleansing shower before entering the pool or whirlpool.
- Running on the pool deck is not permitted.
- No food or drink is allowed in the pool or on the pool deck.
- Spitting, spouting of water, blowing your nose, or discharging any bodily waste is strictly prohibited in the pool.
Refunds for Swimming Programs:
- No refunds will be given.
- If you miss a lesson you cannot make them up.
- If you begin your class and then don’t show back up, no refund will be given.
- If you are sick & have a Doctor’s note – we can offer the amount to be credited to your account for the next available swim lesson session.
Refunds for Private Lessons:
- 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel a lesson. The lesson will be rescheduled. No refunds will be given.
- If you are sick, unable to continue the lessons & have a Doctor’s note – we can offer the amount to be credited to your account.
Refunds for Rentals:
- Customer has up to 7 days in advance to cancel an event for a full refund/credit on their account.
- Any cancelations 6 days or less in advance, customer will receive only half refund/credit on their account.
- Rentals cannot be booked longer that 6 months in advance
- Rentals include: Multi-Purpose Room, Leisure pool, Lap pool, Lane(s), Super Splash Party, Private Rental and additional Lifeguard.
Refunds for Membership:
- All memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable
